Once I met Jennifer and Dr. Chow, I felt really comfortable, and completely got a good vibe of him and the staff and we just decided after the second interview with him that he was the one, and from the very beginning I just felt that ease with him and through the whole process, it was great. He talked to me at a comfortable level, not at doctor level and patient level, but a very comfortable level. I would completely recommend him. I have no complaints of him or the staff and completely satisfied, always wanting to help, answer questions, which I had a lot of questions at of course the beginning and the end, always there, always returned my phone calls, didn't have a problem with him and I highly recommend him.
