Julia - Plastic Surgery Patient

Julia was put immediately at ease by Dr. Chow and his friendly plastic surgery staff in his San Francisco office.

I am a patient of Dr. Chow's. Actually found him on the internet, as I was looking for a surgeon. I liked his photos in particular. So, I decided I would call him and I e-mail some other surgeons. When I called, I was actually able to meet with Jennifer who is very bubbly and she just had a lot of energy and I just liked her attitude and then she told me that I should make an appointment and so I came here for consultation. I met with him and he was very down-to-earth. He just talked to me and he seemed like a friend. He made me feel very welcomed and there were no pressure sales or anything like that. So, I just felt very comfortable with him. During the process, he explained everything that would happen, what I should expect, and how I would feel afterwards, and what to do before my surgery, and I felt that everything went exactly as he said it would and I am very very happy and I am feeling a lot more confidence in myself and in my appearance and I am just very happy to have met him.
