Asian Blepharoplasty

Eyelid surgery in the Asian population is a little different than the non-Asians in that the people who come in of various Asian groups in general want a eyelid fold documented in, you know, ancient Asian history that people were looked upon as more aesthetically pleasing when they had that fold, and so what it is, is the actual creation of a crease that wasn't there or is partially there but not well developed and the difference is that the anatomy is different between the western eyelid and the Asian eyelid.
